CELEBRATION TO REDEMPTION
Initially planted as Celebration Christian Fellowship, this church was established in May 1996 out of a conviction to see the Great Commission fulfilled in New Zealand and beyond.
The Bible clearly shows us that every believer has a role to play in the Great Commission. It is our heart that every person who is part of Redemption Point Church is mobilised to become an active member of the church, so we can see God's Kingdom extended in ever-increasing measure.
As a local church, we partner with and are accountable to an apostolic team called New Covenant Ministries International (NCMI). By God's grace NCMI is currently working in over 100 nations around the world.
NEW COVENANT MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL
NCMI had its beginnings in South Africa during the 1980s. Today, it is a translocal ministry team with an apostolic heart comprised of men and women who, through partnership, help pastors/elders build local churches thereby extending Christ's kingdom.
